At Hämeenlinna City Service Point you can receive help with minucipal services.  For example, you can buy and/or charge a Waltti card, pay for boat places, or buy a season pass to changing rooms for the Ahvenisto, Aulango, Tervaniemi, Iittala and Hauho winter swimming (avantouinti).

Hämeenlinna City International Service Centre is a free multilingual advice and guidance service open to everyone.

It’s a walk-in type of service, which means that you don’t need to book a time beforehand. However, it is also possible to book a time with an adviser. Ask a service adviser for more information.

Info in family matters is open to all families to give prompt advice on such matters as forms and applications to early and basic education, or if you have questions regarding Päikky or Wilma services.
