Early childhood education is subject to a fee. The fee is calculated based on parents’ income.

When a child begins early childhood education, the income information of both parents (salary statement or unemployment benefit decision) must be submitted to the Local Education and Welfare Services within 2 weeks after the start of day care.

Information can be submitted through the online service >> Asioi sähköisesti << and then go to “tulotietojen ilmoittaminen”  i.e. income statement.  You can also send the income statement by e-mail:  varhaiskasvatus@hameenlinna.fi
