The ARX Cultural Centre offers art and culture activities for children, young people and families. ARX organizes big and small events throughout the year.

The ARX Center has its own gallery with exhibitions and workshops that are free for the public. The ARX center organizes Hippalot-festival, the oldest art festival for children. The theme of the Hippalot festival changes every year and there are performances, music, workshops and exhibitions during the event. The ARX Center offers also a Culture Path (Kulttuuripolku), which is a free program of art and culture classes for schools and day care centers. Culture Path is a part of the local educational program and it has been developed with local art and culture professionals. The program reaches 100% of pupils.

Most of the services of the ARX Cultural Center are free of charge for families.
