Opening hours

International Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00. Advice is also available in Finnish on weekdays from 9:00–16:00 via the International Service Centre’s general phone number 050 304 5472. An interpreter will be used in service situations when needed.

The service is available without an appointment at the Kastelli service point, Wetterhoffinkatu 2, Hämeenlinna. Please select a queue number from the ticket machine: “International Service Centre 1” or “International Service Centre 2”, depending on the language you wish to use. The service languages available for the day are displayed on a sign next to the machine and listed below:
