We are once again looking for the Young Influencer of the Year or a group of young influencers. The award highlights young people from Hämeenlinna who have done important or positive things.

The award can be given to a young person or a group of young people who have:

• been active in their community,

• brought joy to other young people or city residents or

• made a difference in society during the past year.

The Young Influencer of the Year award was first given in 2023. In 2024, the award went to Atte Ulvinen and the technical team of Kauriala Upper Secondary School, who helped organize school events. The award amount was 200 euros. In 2025, the Hämeenlinna Youth Council will decide the prize amount.

This year, the winner will be selected by Markku Rimpelä, the Strategy Director of the City of Hämeenlinna.

The winner will be announced on Friday, November 21 at the beginning of the V-Day event at Hämeenlinna Lyseo.
