Information for customers of the local government pilot on employment in Hämeenlinna and Hattula:

TyöHäme will be responsible for your employment services as of 1 January 2025

Employment services are currently undergoing the TE2024 reform and here is the information concerning the upcoming changes. All customers of the employment services whose municipality is Hämeenlinna or Hattula will automatically become customers of TyöHäme as of 1 January 2025. The change doesn’t require any action from you. The Job Market Finland online service will remain unchanged. You will continue to be able to contact employment services through the Job Market Finland at E-services – Henkilöasiakkaat – Job Market Finland
All employment plans that have been prepared under the TE-services, pilot services or online services, will remain binding after the transfer of your services to TyöHäme.

TE services reform 2024

The duties of employment authorities will be transferred to municipalities on 1 January 2025. It means that TE-services and government pilots on employment will be discontinued.
Hämeenlinna, Hattula and Forssa will form a unified service region under a common name: TyöHäme. The TyöHäme region will consist of seven municipalities: Hämeenlinna (being the host municipality), Forssa, Hattula, Tammela, Jokioinen, Humppila and Ypäjä.
