Tenancy agreement
When you move into a new apartment, make a written tenancy agreement to agree on:
- the rent and its date of payment
- the rent security deposit
- the water rate
- whether the lease is fix-term or until further notice
You should reserve money for other expenses, such as:
- water
- electricity
- heating
- sauna, laundry room and parking space
If you do not understand the terms of the agreement, do not sign it. If you are a customer of Refugee Reception, you can show the tenancy agreement to the reception staff, who will check it.
