It is not allowed to cycle in the Sibelius forest. Biking in the Aulanko Nature Reserve is allowed only on specially marked routes.

Sibelius Forest, located in the eastern part of Alulanko lake, is a nature reserve. It means that its area is protected in order to preserve the surrounding nature.

There are several nature and hiking trails in the Sibelius Forest, as well as a marked ski trail and horseback riding trail. Walking, cross-country skiing and horse riding are allowed on marked trails. Biking is not allowed there.

In the Aulanko nature reserve, biking is allowed only  on specially marked routes, such as ring roads and gravel paths.
