At the Housing Guidance and Info, you can receive guidance and advice on:

• Questions and issues related to housing
• Housing applications required by Kela (available on a walk-in basis and/or by appointment)
• Matters with property management and maintenance (e.g., sauna bookings, parking spaces)

Please note: The service can not handle rent arrears or any matters related to benefits or finances.

Housing Guidance and Info starting January 13, 2026 every other Tuesday at Kastelli from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The service is free of charge and no appointment is needed.
