Rainbow flags will fly at the City Hall all week to show support for the LGBTQ+ community. This shows that Hämeenlinna is a city for everyone. Many Finnish cities raise rainbow flags to support equal rights and human rights. Pride movement reminds us that everyone should have the same rights, no matter who they are.
During Pride Week, rainbow flags will also fly at:
-
Hämeenlinna Art Museum
-
Häme University of Applied Sciences
-
Häme Castle
-
The Prison Museum
