In the Kanta-Häme region, there is a free emergency telephone line 116 117. You can call it whenever you need information about first aid. When you call the number, please follow the instructions and we will call you back as soon as possible.

If you fall ill, you can get help from your own health center. If you need medical or nurse care, call your health center from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. If possible, call immediately at 8:00 in the morning.

The health center can treat minor sudden illnesses, such as respiratory or urinary tract infections, wounds, and other non-life-threatening cases.
